WE SEND OUT ITEM AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE (1 TO 3 DAYS AFTER ORDERING, BUT NEVERMORE).

WE SEND ALL OUR SETS WITH PRIORITY REGISTERED AIRMAIL(which is faster and the most expensive service that Bulgarian Post offers)

Don’t get me wrong, almost all of the packages are delivered quickest possible time,
but sometimes shipping is delayed because of some postal issues like bad weather,
strikes, holidays, busy periods etc.

Please allow 7-10 more days, after that we can resend or refund your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you have received damaged products, we will make a replacement or return your money,
Return or refund is not performed:
if the goods have been damaged during installation.
